Challenge
MediTrust runs 14 clinics across three Indian metros. Organic + Google Maps traffic had dropped 41 percent year-over-year following the December 2025 Google local algorithm update. Walk-in appointments were down 27 percent and the marketing team had not been able to diagnose the cause.
Solution
Audited all 14 GBP listings and found 9 had unverified service categories, 11 had inconsistent NAP across data aggregators, and 6 had duplicate listings created by location-based spam. Cleaned the GBP graph, ran a consent-first review-acquisition program across all 14, fixed structured data and physician schema on every clinic page, and built per-clinic local landing pages with same-day appointment booking.
Results
Local pack rankings recovered across 38 of 42 priority keyword + clinic combinations within 90 days. Organic + Maps traffic recovered to 108 percent of the pre-update baseline. Walk-in appointments rose 34 percent and online bookings doubled.
